This research was conducted when the children were 3 years and 6 months old. The child’s nams is Muhammad Habibie. son of Mr. Azwal Effendi Mrs. Rostiana. study to test children's speaking ability in 1, 2, 3, 4 5 words. uses average utterance length (MLU) survey method. data collection technique done by recording spoken words using a mobile phone. use tap method, results are written analyzed. A method for viewing analyzing morphemes structures used children. Research shows that have poor language skills. From this author concludes child cannot speak yet.
